Kale Chips

A delicious snack that serves you with some nutritional value

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 clove garlic (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast


  1. preheat oven on 180℃ 

  2. wash the kale and remove the stems 

  3. break the leaves up into nice size pieces 

  4. put the kale into a large bowl and add the olive oil, paprika, garlic, salt and nutritional yeast

  5. massage the leaves with the flavouring until all the leaves are nicely coated 

  6. line a baking tray with baking paper and place the kale onto the baking tray

  7. make sure the kale is evenly spaced and not on top of each other, this ensures the leaves are evenly cooked 

  8. place in the oven for 5-10 minutes, however, watch closely because they can easily burn 

  9. once they are done remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes then enjoy
