Macadamia nut bread

  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 cup raw macadamia nuts
  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp baking powder


  1. Preheat oven on 180ºC

  2. Add macadamia nuts and 1 egg into a food processor and blend until smooth 

  3. add the rest of the ingredients and blend until 

  4. Line a bread tin with baking paper and pour the ingredients into the tin

  5. place in a fan forced oven for 35 minutes 

  6. When the bread is done and has a nice golden crust, take the bread out of the tin and place on a cooling rack for 10 minutes before slicing
